THE CONTRACT
These Booking Terms and Conditions contain important information. It is essential that you carefully read and understand them. The Booking Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between BRAMAFAM di Dastrù Annalisa, Incoming travel agency operating through the websites www.bramafam.com; www.chicandsuites.com; www.mypiedmont.it  and you for the services provided by BRAMAFAM  and set out the basis of your legal relationship with  BRAMAFAM.
 

1. PRICES AND VALIDITY
Prices are on twin share basis, and based on costs applicable for the years 2014- 2015 BRAMAFAM  reserve the right to impose surcharges up to 56 days before departure due to  increases in local operator costs, taxes or if government action should require us to do so. In such instances we will be responsible for the first 2% of the additional costs and you will be responsible for the balance. If any surcharge results in an increase of more than 10% of the trip price you may cancel the booking within 14 days of notification of the surcharge and obtain a full refund. We will not surcharge any booking for travel within the validity 2014- 2015 once paid in full.


2. BOOKING POLICY

1.1. Reservation Procedures 
All business between BRAMAFAM di Dastrù Annalisa –Corso Roma, 14 – 12037 Saluzzo CN PIVA 02573910045  through its websites  www.bramafam.com; www.chicandsuites.com; www.mypiedmont.it and its clients will take place in a written form (via e-mail ). No business shall be transacted verbally. Any offer, made by BRAMAFAM  is considered accepted by the client after receipt of written confirmation within the terms indicated in the offer. A final booking confirmation will be sent by BRAMAFAM within 48 hours. Vouchers will be sent e-mail after receipt of the final payment.

1.2. Last minute bookings
Late bookings are the ones confirmed by the client one month prior to clients’s arrival. Full payment is due at the time of the final confirmation.


3. PAYMENT POLICY
• 35% deposit  is required at services confirmation.
• The balance must be received within 30 days prior to clients  arrival.
• For late bookings full payment is due at the time of the final confirmation 
If payments are not received within the terms above mentioned, BRAMAFAM  is entitled to cancel the booking.
Under exceptional circumstances and/or for  groups and  special events bookings, different payment policy may ne required  and they will be indicated at the time of the final confirmation by BRAMAFAM.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1. Cancellation by the clients 
In case of total cancellation or reduction of the room block or services BRAMAFAM the following penality fees are required:
Between time of booking and 45 days prior to arrival: Any or all space reserved stated in the contract may be cancelled without any additional penalty besides the non-refundable deposit.

45 – 30 days prior to arrival: it  will be applied a penalty equal to 50% of the total amount
29 – 15 days prior to arrival: it will be applied a penalty equal to 75% of the total amount
14 – 7 days prior to arrival:i twill be applied a penalty equal to 90%  of the total amount
6 days and the day of arrival: The whole cost of the cancelled space will be charged of the total amount 

No shows: The whole cost of the cancelled space will be charged.

3.2. Cancellation by BRAMAFAM
As mentioned in the payment policy (2) BRAMAFAM is entitled to cancel the booking if payments are not received within the terms above-mentioned. Notice of cancellation will be made in writing.


5. COMPLAINTS POLICY
BRAMAFAM  has to be informed immediately by clients about any complaints that may occur during the stay. If clients fail to inform BRAMAFAM, BRAMAFAM is not responsible for the consequences of the complaints. In the unlikely event of any legal dispute the competent court is deemed to be where the organization has its legal domicile, in this case in Saluzzo (CN).


6. RESPONSIBILITY
BRAMAFAM  is responsible to you in making arrangements for the tour services offered, including transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodation. The carries, hotels, and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, servants of, or in joint venture with the Company. BRAMAFAM does not assume any liability whatsoever for damage, loss, injury, death, accident or delay to person or property due to an act of default by any hotel, carrier, restaurant, or other person rendering any of the services included in the tour or by force major. BRAMAFAM reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary whenever the company deems it necessary for the comfort, convenience or safety of the participants and to cancel a tour at any time. No responsibility is assumed for any delay or damage due to illness, government restraints, labour disputes, machine breakdown, acts of terrorism, weather or any other causes beyond BRAMAFAM ' s control.
